Shipping Policy

How much time it will take to deliver?

We try to deliver the order as soon as possible by the fastest shipping method as per your location. Basically, it takes 3-10 business days. Depending on your location it might be delivered earlier. There are some locations that might take a lot more days than expected. Once an order is dispatched, order can not be canceled. Tracking information will be sent and you can easily check where your package has arrived. Please fill out all the information about your location properly, we will not be responsible for you if don’t get your package on time. The order process Will Take
2-3 Business Working Days.

You will get your tracking id via Mail, Or you can also Track Your Order from the Website in Track Order Section.

Once the Order Process has been done Delivery will Take 3-10 Working days.

Any hidden fee?

No, we do not take extra customs fees. All the prices displayed on the website will be exact for you to pay including shipping.

The Tracking number will I be received?

Yes, of course, you will receive the tracking id on your mail id as soon as possible once your product is shipped. For any delays in transit, we can not do anything because it is not in our control. Please maintain patience and support us Thank You.

Package Delays?

If you see your product taking much more time than expected please contact us via Mail at Playerscustomercare@gmail.com as soon as possible, so we can give you a quote on your package.
Delivery may be affected on public holidays / Festival Time. So it’s on the courier company’s side. Once your parcel is dispatched from our end.

* Any Error in the Address will not be our Responsibility, so please fill in the Address properly and correctly.

If you didn’t fill in your address and phone number properly and your parcel comes back to us, because of wrong address details and incorrect phone number.
We are not Responsible.

Also, the Customer has to bear the forward & Return Charges.

Delivery Status

In case the delivery status shows “delivered” and you have not received the product yet, you need to contact us within 24 hours. You have to send an email with your order id to Playerscustomercare@gmail.com With the Subject ” Wrong Delivery Status “.

If you do not contact us within 24 hours then we are not able to help you. then we will be not responsible and Our support team will not able to help you in this case.
