Return, Exchange, Cancellation, and Refund policy

The Players aspire to ensure that our customer is completely happy and we try to provide the best to you. In order to deliver you the correct and right product, our team of experts checks carefully in terms of the fabric’s impeccable quality, its quantity as per the order number and code before it’s ready for dispatch.

No Return No Exchange

We do not allow return/refund/exchange/cancellation of any product.Our terms of Returns/Exchange and Refund Policy are as follows: –

We provide replacement of the product within Four(4) days after the product has been delivered, only in case you have; received items damaged.

Customers are advised while unboxing the parcel please make a video as evidence/proof.

Once we receive the products back and verify their packaging/condition, our team will investigate the issue and come to a conclusion.

All our products undergo thorough quality checks before delivery, still, you find that the product is damaged, kindly email us the picture/s and video proof of the product within 24 to 48 hours from the order receipt.
Wait for a reply within 2-5 days return confirmation approved mail. After approval from our side, you have to courier the product to our location.

Return policy is not applicable for any other reason apart from damages or defects in the actual product.

The products may be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt only if the product is damaged, has a major defect.

We quality control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures and videos at Playerscustomercare@gmail.com and we will take care of the rest.

If your order contains products sold in OFFERS or SALE, we would not accept any returns/exchange/replacement requests. SALE products are a final sale only unless the product is defected/damaged or the product is not what you ordered.

The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched, and in an undamaged condition.

Only in the above-mentioned circumstances, we will arrange a replacement, you will need to courier the product back to us at our location in 3 to 5 days.

It will take approximately 15 – 25 working days for you to receive a replacement product after we receive the product.

In case the delivery status shows “delivered” and you have not received the product yet, you need to contact us within 24 hours. You have to send an email with your order id at playerscustomercare@gmail.com
With Subject ” Wrong Delivery Status “

If you do not contact us within 24 hours then we are not able to help you . then we will be not responsible and Our support team will not able to help you in this case .

 

Important Note: At the time of receiving the product of the items, you have ordered. Please check that the product you received is undamaged and Properly packed. Make sure that the parcel is not damaged and torn from anywhere. In case the box or packet looks damaged or tampered please click the picture of the packet or the box and send mail to us at playerscustomercare@gmail.com. Please do not accept the damaged parcel or the box. We are not responsible if you accept the damaged packet or box.

Without an unboxing video, we will not accept your exchange/return request. The video should be clear and without any editing or pause from Start to End.
