Please note that we have a no return or exchange policy, except in the case of damaged or defective products. We request you make a video while unboxing the parcel as evidence/proof. Kindly email us pictures and video proof of the damaged product within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Once we receive the product and verify its packaging and condition, our team will investigate the issue and come to a conclusion. Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to help you.
In the rare circumstance that you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product or an incomplete order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures and videos at Playerscustomercare@gmail.com, and we will take care of the rest. If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the incorrect item to be eligible for an exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
If you receive a product that does not fit you or is not to your liking, we encourage you to gift it to a friend or loved one who might appreciate it. In such cases, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
